What is your turnaround time?DESIGN: All design requests are completed within 1-2 business days. PRINT: After approval, your order will be printed and shipped within 1-3 business days. SHIPPING: 1-2 business days for the UK We can accommodate faster turnaround times if required, please get in touch.

Can I create a custom order?Yes! Email us at perfectdaysigns@gmail.com with any ideas you have, we will then get back to you with a quote and set up the custom order!

Can I return my order?As all orders are custom made, they are not eligible for returns. However, if an item is defective or damaged, we may be able to offer a replacement.

How do you take payment?We accept payment via most major credit and debit cards.

Do you supply a proof prior to printing?If you order a product with personalisation, we will always send a digital proof that needs to be approved before we start printing your order.

How do I decide what size to order?The most popular size for our signs is A1, however we offer 3 main sizes, A3, A2 and A1 (alternative sizes and custom sizes are available, please get in touch). Below is an explanation of each size: A3 - Equivalent of 2x A4 pieces of paper put together, this size is usually for smaller events and is suitable to be placed on a table top. A2 - Double the size of A3, great mid range size, versatile but less impact than the A1 size. A1 - Double the size of A2, the ideal display size for welcome signs or table plans and has great impact.
